Obtaining my real estate license in 2004, my team & I have been continually providing residential real estate services to clients that are looking for reliable, dependable & professional representation. We also like to have a little fun in the process!
The team consists of myself as the team lead & listing specialist. Occasionally I will work with buyers, but predominately that is why I have the 2 best buyers agents in the area! One.. they help sell our team's listings, and two, they help our buyers find their dream homes anywhere across the Dallas/Fort Worth area!
My team is VERY performance driven. My first year out of the gate (as a solo agent) I sold 25 homes. And this was during a down market. I/we know how to get out there and make things happen for our clients and we don't sit at idle. Hence our 6+ pages of references!
Do you know that the average real estate agent sells about 10 homes per year? Not here. For us that # is 70. We strive for continued growth & excellence in execution.
Yearly we help those 70 +/- families buy, sell or invest in real estate. To track at this high of a level is not an easy task if we were not performance orientated for our clients. But we are. If our clients are not happy, I am not happy & thus unhappy clients is not something that occurs when working with my team.
In addition to assisting buyers, sellers & investors in the local market, we are also continually looking for ways to assist our clients real estate needs outside of Texas. We can locate & interview agents anywhere in the nation to assist a client in finding a fantastic Realtor! We specialize in Seller Representation / Buyer Representation / Investor Representation / Multiple Offer Scenarios / Back-Up Offers / Contract Negotiations / Strategy Standpoints Based Upon Who We Represent / Comparative Market Analysis / Foreclosures or HUD Homes / Short Sales / Outside The Box Marketing Practices
